Hotshotnot
I understand that one can have 26 shoots a year without the need for local authority planning permission. Does this just relate to an organised and/or commercial shoot? For example, if I have private land on which I can practice by myself/with a friend can I practice every week....obviouslt one has to be courteous to neighbours, I was thinking of say an hour on Saturday afternoon. Cheers.

Breastman
you are fine for personal use. As long as it doesn't become a problem for neigbours / other users of the land. And its 28 days per year you can operate without PP Mark
harpoonlouis
I assume you both have sgc? If not you need to sort the permission of the land own and potentially even an 11 (6) exemption.
