Tam
Before you buy a 2003 model register for www.l200.org.uk best £15 you will ever spend Edited June 30, 2011 by Tam
al4x
03 and 04 had an issue with cylinder heads that used to fail @60k most I would guess have failed by now so just look for symptoms like bubbles in the coolant reservoir and pressure there. Its not the worst issue in the world as new heads aren't that expensive. Other than that just check it drives fine rear springs do tend to break leaves from time to time but new ones aren't bad from milners. Other than that just check its got a reasonable service history if not then walk away as there are too many to choose from to buy one thats not been looked after

gixer1
I've been told the head needs testing Your head does need examined, but only cause you are looking at an L200!

nickcass23
how much you pay for clutch and fitting was told the clutch was not heavt duty just ordinary one they put in cars that is the problem Clutch was about £90 and a mate of mine did the fitting for about £180! It wasnt knackered but would occasionly slip when I had the caravan on the back, so thought it best to sort it!!
