Canis
Is there anywhere in Kent that could help me. I just want to see if my gun fits me correctly dont want to spend £££ Fergie, To my mind theres possibly two different people you need to see To check your gun fit you need a good coach who will be able to assess if the gun fits you or not and recommend alterations if necessary. He will probably have a good idea before you even mount the gun based on the degree of cast on the gun and your general dimensions and facial shape. If the gun does need altering then you need the services of a gunsmith. Try to deal with the actual gunsmith direct rather than a gunshop or shooting gropund. not only does this save money but you will find the gunsmith will probably also check (to a degree) your coaches recommendations for measurements and also any instructions you have for him dont get lost in translation from "pimply fred the saturday staff boy in the gunshop ". Which end of Kent are you ? I can recommend a good coach and also a good gunsmith in East Kent, neither of whoom are expensive - pm me for contact details
