i have battery 2 site drills for my steel fabrication company. both 24v can use them with sds bits in and chuck adapter for screwdriver or twist drill. if you live on a farm like me you always need a good drill for a water bowl or summat. invest in a 24v li-ion battery either ryobi makita or a hitachi, or for the best drill you will ever buy.... period!! buy a HILTI !! and the good thing about these types of drills even idiots like my workers cant break them. :good:

You need to up your budget a little, that sort of money will get you something that will not have enough power to do anything, will be awful to use and when in use the battery will go flat before you can count to 10.

I've been there and made that mistake, and seen others do it.

Buy a Makita, well worth a little extra as they are great to use, the batteries last ages and have tons of power, and they last for years even when flogged hard and mistreated.

I have an AEG Drill, with a Lithium Battery. I think its on par with the Makita range. I believe AEG is a company related to Milwalkee.

there all belong to the same company if you look closely the aeg drill and the milwalkey are the same drill :good:

it was funny when we went to the robin hood country show and thay had a milwalkey stand on. and the sales man tryed to sele me a drill .i told him that i have the aeg set his reply was what the orange ones!.no i say the blue ones with the life time warranty .his reply was o so i cant sell you a new one then  .but then got chatting about how thay made a big bobo and there in no way of getting out of it :lol:
