Frank
Was up at the crack of dawn once more, to get this fox that the farmer is having problems with. It was just getting light and i could see a figure in the distance walking away from the bait, up with the binos and yes, it was the fox I tryd the fox whistle, to try and stop it, it ran like the wind and vanished into the forest. This fox is no fool, ill have to get a bit more cunning, it is giving me the slip everytime. Anyway, thought id show you where i live and hang out, not too far from where this pic below was taken. The dawn chorous was amazing this morning, loved evey second of it and the cokoos were having a party.

Saw it again last night, but he wasnt play ball, over 350 yards away with a caravan park as a backstop , luckily we did take 4 foxes last night (between 3 of us covering 2 fields) unfortuantly none of them mine good luck catching that fox out

craftycarper
Hi Frank, nice pics. Interesting land, in the middle that looks like a raised circular mound whats that to the the right. Is that ruins or remnants of an old building etc or just the way its planted out?
Frank
Hi Frank, nice pics. Interesting land, in the middle that looks like a raised circular mound whats that to the the right. Is that ruins or remnants of an old building etc or just the way its planted out? Its the farmers shed, but use to be an old house where peiple once lived. Ireland is full of old ruins, castles ect. Waiting to be done up. Where i took the pic, is quiet high, plenty of hills around and foxes, that come out from the forestry on the right. Their is fallow here too, but their well scatterd. I must get out that mink trap of mine, seen a few of them little nasty things about.
