majordisorder
We've got chickens and the fresh laid eggs are a pig to peel, leave them for about 2 or 3 days and they're much easier.
activeviii
also once boiled and cooled, i roll them on the worktop and brake the shell up a fair bit. once they have cooled the membrane seams to come away from the white a little easier. picked eggs is it sir. hafod
slightly going of topic , if you are using quail eggs , boil them and let then cool , then place the cool eggs in a bowl then pour over white vineger completely covering the eggs and leave overnight , then in the morning the shells will have disolved of the eggs leaving only the membrane, to be peeled off , hey presto , as quail eggs are a ****** to shell if you have any quantity to prepare andy
