That's good shooting, well done!

 

I'm actually impressed that you could get a group like that at such a distance, not sure if Pav,Zapp and I managed anything like that when we tried the 300m trial. Mind you, it was quite breezy when we tried (mutter, mutter).

The scope - you zero at 100 yards, and if your scope height is 2" above the centre of the bore and the ammo is 17gr ballistic tip it is supposedly pre calibrated for the drop out to 300 yards you just dial in the range in the turret, it's not bob on but i think it works well enough to get you close did the job on that can as that was first and second shot at it.

not being cheacky but that was good shooting.

 

you may find that with better glass and a little bit more mag you may have done a bit better, i can't as i don't use mt 17 anymore, but thats good shooting when using the BSA scope that i sent a e'mail to BSA asking why o why did they put there name to a bit of poolike that/them,
