Karl72 Posted September 25, 2011 Report Share Posted September 25, 2011 Hello all. A family member recommended Pigeon Watch, so far I am very impressed by the wealth of knowledge and friendliness. I am relatively new to shooting. I am presently shooting at Sporting Targets in Riseley, Bedfordshire. Shotgun application has been submitted, FEO is visiting my home address on 11/10/11, so fingers crossed. Actually managed to get the wife interested too and she appears initially to be quite a good shot, although find the semi-auto we were being taught with a little heavy on the recoil for her. Now got to decide what to buy for my first gun and hopefully move onto some local pigeon shooting in the near future. Gaining permission appears to be the biggest challenge facing newbies.
