alex301286
Hi all, Got a problem with my mossberg 410 pump action, i think its the 500 model. after the first shot is fired you cock it back, the used cartridge is ejected but then it tries to feed the next two cartridges at once and wont cock back? Any ideas before she's posted back to the gun shop? Cheeers Alex

polester
Has it done this from the first shot or is it a fault that has developed. Have you taken it apart
Tiger955i
HI Mate Iside the receiver towards the magazine tube there are two arms, one either side of the receiver. One holds the cartriges in the mag tube and the other prevents two cartridges from being fed. this bar may have become worn or bent or gummed up with gunk. Try turning the gun upside down and cycling the pump to see if this is the case. I loaded mine with a couple of EMPTY cartridges and this turned out to be the case. I hope this helps you.
