sg1
I often use different colour lenses depending on lighting conditions ,my favorite being Sodium Yellow on an overcast day but often find them no advantage on a bright sunny day opting instead for good old black lenses. If shooting orange/blaze clays then again-the Sodium yellows work best making the clay light up like a neon bulb!! I've never tried Red,blue or orange/amber but I'm guessing the Amber ones would seem to be a happy medium if it came down to a single lens colour to be used all year round. So what colour/s work best for you? atvb sg1
bunnykiller
I find red work best for skeet, ie black clays. and a blue/violet lens for trap shooting orange clays.

seeker
lenses with red in them seem to work for me, but I find the straight reds and yellow too bright ..so target orange and bronze usually try Decots explanations... http://www.sportglasses.com/content/General_Info_Recommendations.htm
