Cosd
Which sat nav app do you guys use on iPhone? I would prefer one that works on GPS and on board maps rather than one that needs to connect to the Internet.
-oXo-
TomTom works fine for me. Or even the google maps one if you just need a basic jobby that is free.
HDAV
Tomtom is the best but get the cradle as it hammers battery they all do! And gps isn't great without it! I would say get the tomtom cradle which ever app you choose!
utectok
Navfree works and well it's free!!!
Cosd
Free is good, have used tom-tom on the iPhone and was very impressed, only downside is that you struggle to hear it when on the motorway and road noise is high. So looking at trying any free ones before shelling out £50 for the app. It's a shame it can't be connected via blue tooth to my Parrot hands free system so I can hear it through the car speakers. Then it would be perfect.

utectok
How? You can buy a charging cradle that also broadcasts your iPod iPhone on a fm wavelength then simPly tune into that on you car radio for listening to your iTunes or anything else. Units cost £20 from evilbay
Cosd
Navfree works and well it's free!!! Tried this one this morning on the way to work. Voice commands are considerably louder than the TomTom app, so that's a plus! Worked well in general, I'd say just a little less accurate on the display than the TomTom so the pointer lagged just a little, which would make it a little tricky when on junctions or roundabouts where many roads meet. But not bad at all for free.

HDAV
The cradle works well for me as it has a GPS booster and speaker built in works as a handsfree too but not great with alot of back ground noise
