Simon123
Very good semi auto mate and quite highly rated. Used a 3 1/2" model the other day and it cycled 67mm 24g with ease :good:

kent
Mine will cycle just about anything, when very new many semi autos require a running in period and during this time they can get picky. Learn how to look after it correctly and keep it well maintained and it will do well for you, many are slightly scared of Semi auto mechanisms and so fail to maintain them as a result jambing occurs, in reality they are very easy to look after. Matt Gould
what parts are vital to clean on the sx3 ?
kent
what parts are vital to clean on the sx3 ? In short, all of them- depending on useage. They take to bits realy easy, even the trigger group and shell lifter drops out in one after removing two pins. If you use it on a propr saltmarsh you will need to do more than if you only shoot a few pigeons from a hide. Indeed the ease of disassembly and re-assembly is one of the neat things about the gun
deputy dog
I have the 3 1/2 inch Compsite SX3 an its been faultless. Put light carts an heavy load iv been using for foxes through it and it has no problem what so ever recycling them, no jams or stuck carts at all. Worth their money all day long mate. If you got the chance you say you have, the go for it, you wont be disappointed in the least. DD
bullet boy
Matt, the SX3 IMO is an excellent gun.I'm really happy with mine. I mainly use 70mm Black Gold carts in my gun with no problem at all. ATB.

Cannon
Put a mix of six different cartridges through my SX3 today just as a reminder of how good it is. I loaded three different types into the gun quite a few times, mixing them all up. Not a single problem. They ranged from 24gm to 50gm super magnums.
