Blackpowder Posted January 4, 2012 Report Share Posted January 4, 2012 Had a walk round The Hirsel near Coldstream yesterday 3rd January, in a full blown gale it must be said, and came across a stunted cherry tree ,at least it looked like a cherry, with tiny blossoms on it. I say that it looked like a cherry judging by the bark but whether it is somthing special I dont know as this particular tree has at one time had an angle iron fence around it.
