andy74
Hi guys, Im looking at purchasing a couple of flappers ( or bouncers ), and a magnet set, complete with battery pack, charger etc. Where would be the best place to purchase, both for good value for money, and of course good quality. Is there any body out there who makes such things at all? Cranfield
Our Sponsor supplies such products....http://www.ukshootwarehouse.com/ don't forget you get a Pigeon Watch discount with them. You could also do a Google search, or check out the adverts in the Shooting magazines.

Will Beasley
Your knackered on this one mate as any other than site sponsers will be deleted! Yeah but he's asking for best quality and best price.....and thats us. On top of that PW members get a discount on our keen prices. The site rules have been changed in that you ARE allowed to talk about Decoying's and Pinewood's gear, or anyone elses... you're just not allowed to link to their sites directly. Teal changed this a fair while back now, and I'm cool with it. Alternativeley people are allowed to reccomend/link to products from other suppliers via the Private Messaging system if they feel that another company's product deserves special praise or reccomendation over ours. So, I respectfully ask you to go back to the "Dark Side" pigeon shooting sandpit and tell the boys there exactly what the score is over here regarding the PW sponsors and freedom of speech/freedom of choice policy and be assured that there's one less thing for you to whine about now. Highlander
Oh Lord not this ol' chesnut again. andy74 sure you wern't put up to that question? Hard to believe you have no idea where things like that might be found. I have no axe to grind (he's not on here today ) and spend my money with many of the suppliers of pigeon stuff (my right to spend where I like and my right to support who I like) BUT I do support the Beasleys right as sponsors of this site to be able to offer their gear above all else. Advertising is standard business practice and they are the one's paying for it here and helping to keep this site on-line. Friendly competition is one thing all out war is another and should have no place on here. If the various suppliers have a beef with each other as some obviously do this is not the place to (continuously) air them. Go smack each other and get it over with in private. And guys (member this means yoo oo) lets stop once and for all the baiting and bitching that goes on here and live let live. Life's too short so go pigeon shooting instead. OK guys I suppose i walked straight into this one, i knew all about the ukshootwarehouse, but is it not so wrong for a newbie pigeon shooter to ask if there is any other sponsered links on this site to have a look at? Difficult one that as to my knowledge Mr B ako Will and/or Teal ako Will owns and operates this site buts that's OK by me. Just enjoy! Sorry to inform you, but i dont run telling tales, also i like both sites equaly and regularly post on both sites. I have no experience with either of your products so wont judge them. All i will say is i think its sad that you can't put a link to the other forum on here, there are enough people who are members of both and post regularly on both, its also a fact that i post more on here than deaco's site and it was from that site where i found my way here! Cranfield
Just in case there are any misunderstandings, the Will that is associated with UKShootwarehouse and the Will that own this site, are two very, very, different people.

old rooster
Having burnt out the home made speed controller for my magnet and needing to replace it PDQ I found these on ebay. Bought it on Friday afternoon and it was here first thing Saturday morning, which at £11.95 inc P&P is a darn good deal by my reckoning !!. It's a rugged bit of kit with on/off switch as well as fully adjustable speed. It isn't just a potentiometer or rheostat so should give better battery life than using such things as car heater motor controls. I've NO commercial association with the seller but it does look like a good bit of kit at very reasonable price. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie..._Pr4_PcY_BIN_IT
