I know it's few days ago now, (and the wrong sort of forum :good: ),but did anyone see that crash at the beginning of the Catalunya GP. I've never seen anything like it. When Gibernau got catapulted off his bike doing about 120mph, I thought that was it. Even Mrs P and and saucepan lids sat down to watch it again.

Brilliant race and glad to see Rossi is back on form :good:

Yeah i saw that! Terrible accident. Did they touch handle bars and the front brake got caught and pulled on? Unfortunatly i fell asleep (I usually do if i sit down sunday afternoon!) and missed most of the race. I take it it was a good one then?

I can't beleive how much watchable the bikes are than F1.

When Rossi was smoking the rear tyre going into a corner at 90mph on opposite lock - just for a laugh - jesus what talent :good:

I caught the IOM coverage on the telly a couple of weekends ago as well, have those boys got balls of kevlar or what?!!

That's exactly it! I'm a car person but for track racing bikes are so much more entertaining. Me and Hannah went to Brands Hatch for the bikes (can't remember what, not MotoGP i'm sure) and the sidecars were excellent.

I still think WRC is the king of all motorsport tho. Those drivers are simply the best.
