Hi all,

I'm looking at buying a HMR in the next week and have narrowed it down to either a Cz American, or Browning t - bolt. Is it worth spending the bit extra for a t bolt, or should I go for the Cz?

Aslong as it shoots consistantly accurate - im happy!

Thanks

Robby,I haven't had anything to do with the T-Bolt am I'm sure it's a lovely rifle but I picked up my new CZ 455 Thumbhole Varmint .17HMR up yesterday and it is super-I love it!

With it's stunning Laminated Stock and superb accuracy I would advise you to take a closer look at this beautiful rifle!

Get whatever you want, neither is better than the other, and both will do what you want, one will simply cost you more! :good:

I would agree with Dekers. Both excellent rifles. The only thing i would say is have a look at both as the T bolt as you probably already know is a straight pull unlike the CZ which is basically your standard Mauser action. If you're used to conventional bolt action rifles the T bolt might seem a bit strange at first, until you get used to it so to speak. I had a look at one in the gunshop a while ago and TBH i found the straight pull bolt very quick and smooth. A nice rifle on the whole. However so are the CZ's. Have a look at both and see which you prefer. Whichever one you choose you will have a great rifle that will do the job :good:
