stubby
stubby - are there a list of areas somewhere so you can try it if your a beginner? or is it a bit like the farmers secret or something its quite easy to find out places, using your computer, I googled lots of fishing lakes near to me for their names, then search for reviews, websites etc, lots of "carp fishing" lakes etc, I then found mention of a lake that was fed my a nearby river, sent e mails to the lake secretaries, but they already had craycatchers, but of course, being river fed, the crays more than likely entered via the river, look for areas that are easy accessable council owned, maybe do a test drop in that area, a small drop net will cost around £4 from fishing tackle shop, bait it with any meat, I prefer chopped up rabbit, blood/guts and all, reckon its a good attractant, if you catch any crays, then apply to the EA for tags, you can have upto 10 nets/tags for non commercial catching have fun
