Sharpshooter.123
A pump will reload as quick as you can pump!! I can't say what an over/under hushpower is like because iv never used one only used a 12g pump and they are so easy just reload with the gun still shouldered and BANG!! bedwards1966
Indeed a pump is almost as quick to shoot as anything else. A .410 should be fine if you're a decent shot - they aren't as easy as a 12!
utectok
I shoot alot of crows with a .410 hushpower pump works fine to 25 - 30 yrds with 3 " 19 gms of 6 or 5. Forget smaller carts IMHO
drut
"mainly wanted to no if the 410 would be up to the job out 30 to 35 yrds?? stopping power. etc," Have Hushpower .410 & 12g, in my hands 12g is the tool at 30yds plus,20g similar. The .410 needs a skilled shooter at distances of 25yds plus especially with subsonic loads, although it is amazing what they can do in the hands of a gifted shooter! Jolly
I was out with my 20g hushy last night had three bunnies I also have the .410 but would say it is a bit light for crows it will knock a rabbit over though

coneyhunter
my Hushpower Pedretti has claimed bunnies at about 20 yards with subsonic carts, id be wary though, the little gun is a lot harder to hit with than with a
HDAV
You can get 20g hush pumps! http://www.saddleryandgunroom.co.uk/Gunroom/SG_Hushpower.htm
roebuck243
I have a Huhpower 20g o/u and they are very good i use normal 28g carts on pigeons and its fairly tight but great gun for circumtances where noise is a problem .Saddlery and gunroom are a superb set of guys very helpull and cannot praise them enough ,there backup and knowledge of gun's i superb also are willing to help at any time.Ive also had a Remington 1100 semi auto moderated by them wich is also good and use it daily. The 20g is quieter than the auto a fair bit. Sam Green
The 4.10 will do the job at 25 yards and at 30 yards with 3" carts. Any furthur and the 20g is your best bet. There is a nice 20g o/u on the market but the price is more killer than the gun for shooting crows. Sam.
