Rather than cancel the listing, it's cheaper for him to bump up the price temporarily - so that noone buys - and then bring the price back down to 15.99 (what his previous sales went for) when he gets more stock. clayman Posted March 24, 2012 Report Share Posted March 24, 2012 As an eBay shop he should only be paying 4p a listing. If you pay for a full shop listing fees are much reduced and you get an inventory system that allows you to store items OOS and re-list them. Cant think why the seller would want to overprice to hold the listing, seems more like a simple typo. Still, whether the price is on purpose or by accident, can't see he'll sell too many!!
