aister
me and my buddy finally got a calm enough day to try out his new howa .223 and i was well impressed. we tried some 55gr PPU first then we tried some of my home loads that i use in my a-bolt which is winchester brass, winchester primers, 52gr a-max over 24gr of H4895. thinking we might have to tweek the homeloads a bit to suit his rifle i took all my reloading gear to his but in the end we didn't need it as he was happy enough with how it performed, which is good cause we can crank out the home loads for both rifles without any alteration. here is a couple of pics to let you know how we got on. the first pic is the PPU and the second pic is the home load, both 5 shots and both next to a penny. thumbs up for the howa and nikon pro staff BDC scope :good: Edited March 25, 2012 by aister

Fisheruk
PPU 55gr works well in my Tikka T3 in .223. Not worth reloading at £9 a box. Largest error of margin is me. :lol
