GOOD MORNING ALL, JUST A NOTE OF CAUTION. WE ARE IN BOURNEMOUTH AREA & OUR WORKING COCKER SPANIEL HAS CONTRACTED LUNGWORM WHICH IS PICKED UP FROM SLUG & SNAILS. SO ANY TOYS ,DUMMYS,BALLS BONES BASICLAYY ANY THING A DOG PICKS UP OUTDOORS CAN BR INFECTED.. HE'S A STRONG DOG & IS MAKING A GOOD RECOVERY HOWEVER IT CAN BE FATAL. SO PLEASE MAKE SURE WITH YOUR VET THAT DOGS ARE DOSED ON THE CORRECT LUNGWORM TREATMENT,AS I'M NOT SURE THE STANDARD TREATMENT COVERS IT.. CHEERS :good:

If you are worried (and you should be IMO), Advocate Flea treatment also deals with lungworm and heartworm which the other well known spot-on flea treatment doesn't.

well said mate thankfully he's on the mend& we're £400. lighter  but not good to see him as he was..vet said more & more cases are being seen ..not good
