busdennis Posted April 15, 2012 Report Share Posted April 15, 2012 we paid £265 for a bespoke dog box by direct bank transfer from a guy with a very professional web site. the box had a 4 week delivery time. its gone 5 weeks now and hes stopped answering is mobile. all i have is an email address, mobile phone number and his lloyd bank account details. i have emails with confirmation of the order details what would you do next?
