viking
not sure about the fabarm, but on the berettas on the underside where the carts go in there is a little switch/clip you just press in, then it will stay open for you, failing that just pull the trigger, not really advised long term, but ok this once untill you sort it out. lee
Fatcatsplat
Yup - make sure the gun is empty and pull the trigger. Sounds like its "cocked" and ready to go

Schern
Is there a cutoff switch on the left side of the trigger guard? Push that until it clicks and then try pulling the bolt back and see if it locks.

oakesi07
That's where I got the suggestion from Lol. I have the same gun what you do is the leaver what goes up and down where your cartridges go in under the gun, you push it back and it clicks then you can cock the gun and pit your cartridge in the side and it stays back. hope you understand what i mean oakesi
