secretagentmole Posted May 6, 2012 Report Share Posted May 6, 2012 My advice, look for a BSA Super 10 mark 3, the gun the R-10 tried to replace (ho ho ho)... Much better looking, side bolt not rear bolt, just as accurate, lot less trouble.... Here is a few pictures of my little piece of evil... Oh and it does kill very well.... bazzab Posted May 6, 2012 Report Share Posted May 6, 2012 I had an R10 mate. They are beyond doubt the best looking rifle in the market. BUT too good looking i found myself worrying about damaging it and it affected my hunting trips. Plus it was way to long to use from a car. It was an amazing bit of kit and i never had a problem with mine. I got rid of it for a scorpion t-10. Much shorter lighter and not bothered if it gets marked wet or dirty.
