Tod
Past a few hours this afternoon decoying on a spud field  , no birds about but set up anyway as better than being sat at home when not at work, after a dead hour the birds started to come in dribs and drabs and finished with 15 shot and 11 picked. Harnser
If Tod was decoying a recently drilled spud field then there wouldnt be any thing on the field that the pigeons would want to feed on . This is a good example of an opportunist shooter setting up on a flight line and pulling passing birds to the coys . I have done this on many occasions when it has been hard to find pigeons . Just set up on a suitable field on a flight line and see if you can pull some birds (the feathered variety of course ). Good shooting well done . Harnser . Spot on, it's a field I have shot before and fooled the pigeons, just get as near to the flight line and trick them into thinking there's something to eat
