NickHead
How did the seller describe it on the certificate ? When I got mine I had to fill in a sheet telling Mr.Plod what type it was. Don't think he would have accepted its a 12g Lanber. I reckon if you ask the F.O to check the records, they will be able to trace it back and find out what it was registered as by the serial number ..... Cranfield
A quick Google search doesn't show who the UK Importer is, but they would be the first people I would contact. If you send the serial number to Fabarm, Italy (they do have a website), they should be able to tell you the model reference, if they can be bothered. My experience of contacting overseas Gunmakers, is not very good. On my shotgun certificate I have had weapons very basically described, the best one is; Spanish side by side 12 bore shotgun, serial number 123454567. plexer
As long as you have the guage make and serial number listed I don't think they'd want more than that. Ben
