Trevorevans
I'm also new(ish) to shooting and just use what ever they're selling at the clay ground as thats the cheapest I can find, so far I've had Rio's, Ely's and Dana's. Just cartridges are cheaper untill you take the delivery charge into account, would love to buy a thousand of anything for £140, last 1000 were £165 for 28g plastic wad Dana's, I'm in Pontypridd S. Wales if someone can guide me to a cheaper source please do. Not really been able to tell what cartridges feel/ hit better but did find the Ely ones seemed dirtiest when I came to clean the barrels. I used to shoot with my old man about 20 years ago untill he gave up his certificate, I now have his old gun back and still use it, he always bought Baikal cartridges, oh how I miss the flame and smoke from the end of the barrels! Lol.

Shoot sporting/compact sporting up at SW2000, never been to Treetops though I've only had my cert since late April so not really been anywhere else. Desperately trying to get a rough shoot too but they're very hard to come by.

Desperately trying to get a rough shoot too but they're very hard to come by. treetops is much more like a rough shoot than SW2000 it's in a wooded valley with a stream that runs through the middle well worth a visit. http://www.treetops-sporting.co.uk/site/ Sportsman GC http://www.sportsmanguncentre.co.uk/find-us/ SouthandWestcountry http://www.southandwestcountrysports.co.uk/ CS Sporting http://www.cssporting.com/ All worth popping into if your passing.
