Jack Pyke

I brought a Jack Pyke hunter jacket a while ago that was suppose to be breathable , well it turned out to be about as breathable as a polythene bag with no holes in ,it also the lining in the game pocket split within the first week.

Lesson not learned I then brought a pair of their neoprene wellingtons in which the insoles fell to bits the first time I wore them and after wearing 4 or 5 times there is a hole in the heel which appears to be hollow with only about 1mm of tread between the boot and ground .

Luckily I still have the receipt for the jacket and the shop has offered a full refund on that but I am still hunting for the one for the boots , if I cant find it they will give me shop credit which is fair enough.

So Jack Pyke never again for me its ****

I have the same jacket, had it a few years now and overall its not bad.

I agree about it not being breathable buy apparently it is when used with their under garments for it,wheather this helps it breathe or just soaks up the sweat Im not sure. :hmm:

At the end of the day you get what you pay for.

Cant see why a under garment should make a over garment breathable , like you say I would guess the undergarment just soaks up the sweat like you say.
