MartinCavie, a few more days have passed - have you managed to squeeze another lesson in and master stand 7 and the looper over the hedge?

Saturday is but hours away now so I think it's time for the fighting talk to commence. Obviously I need not say much other than you're all going down, courtesy of me.

I love these psychological warfare tactics Mungler.....

Just wish I could be there....

Well, Nick / Markio / Cavie started this off.... and now it falls to the Mungler to finish it, Steven Segal stylee.

It's gonna be like an episode of WWF with the Mungler puttin the smack down...

On a side note, you fancy selling my mate your Beretta on the cheap? I have inducted two more into the sport and I am waiting for the "First gun, £400 to spend, which first gun" topics to spring up again.

I have various excuses at the ready. I've looked at the forecast for Sat, "It's too sunny/windy/raining/snowy", "Mungler keeps touching me inappropriately", "Nicks parking put me off" etc...

I refuse to watch WWF on pay-per-view (or even for free for that matter) but I'd certainly hand ove the wedge to watch you lot.... :good:

Thanks for thinking of my Beretta..... I have an offer of 450 on it at the mo' tho....

Andy,

From what I remember from our last meeting, I managed to hit that 60yd looper over the hedge. :) Have you got a whole load of different cartridge to go with your skeet gun, trap gun and sporting gun?

Mungler's going to finish us off Steven Segal stylie :good::/;) Look out lads he will break your neck with two fingers and do some flying kicks. Perhaps even take on some bad *** guy in a knife fight. It is such a shame he can't shoot as well :)

As tempting as it is Martin (+the offer of a bacon roll of course) it's way too far for me.

I am out on Sunday with the boys as our favourite shoot starts up again though.

If the Caterham/Horne thing ever gets off the ground, I will come round there even if it just to get a free shooting lesson from the Mungler :good:

No worries mate,

I am sure that the Horne shoot will go ahead, If tosspot turns up I will hassle him over it.

I am up for the Horne thing. Incidentally, in the CPSA mag today there is a charity shoot in Harlow on the 7th October I reckon I will be going to - there is an entry for a team of 4 as well - anyone fancy it?

If you shot that hedge looper someone told you how to do it and I reckon you probably paid 'em £40 / hour :good: I recall you shot it once, but I put that down to stray shot and the "a broken watch is right twice a day" syndrome.

Now I must return to my mental training to get into the Zone... repeat after me, "be the clay" na nanananer

I'd be up for the team event if you can find me 3 other people who can shoot, how about stuartp, apbuild and LB.

Sorry mungler but you do seem to have the ability to talk a good job. :good::/

Like you said I did hit that looper and a hit is a hit, regardless of whether it is a stray shot or not. :) and anyway it was still one more than you ;):)

I haven't been for a lesson but am considering it.

OK Mr Mungler it will be a pleasure to take your money.

I am typing this reply from the computer at BSG where I have spent all morning smashing clays. :good::/ I was wondering how long you could resist a reply as it was you who started this fighting talk.

Don't forget your handbag to keep your tissues in, you will need them to weep into. ;):):)

That took you long enough to type that, I was expecting a big long barrage of abuse. Full of witty comment and smart remarks.

I trust that you got on well with Tracey. No doubt you spent lots of time on that battue. Mind you you will need more than just those on your scorecard.

I haven't been in poundland since they ran out of duck decoys, I am sure that you will find something suitable.

After all if you only buy 5 items you won't be that much out of pocket. Or will you? £5 in poundland, £5 to me after losing graciously and £4 in the pool.
