ETO
I thought I'd ask. Is anyone going? I'm thinking about entering the boy in the rally O competition. He let me down at the last scurry so I'm dubious about letting him in on another one. I'll be the one in Bright pink wellies (naturally) with two chocolate things and a GSD looking thing with a skin condition..

Franchi Harrier
I was considering going to this with me being local but other regular visitors say that there is very little there. Would of been my first visit to an event like this! Kept us posted on how it goes and what's on so we all know if its getting bigger and better than people say it isn't.... Best regards, Matt
RED BEARD
don't think i'll bother, folk say its not like a proper game fair.think i'll stick to the midland and catton (which is a very good small game fair ) and british shooting show, even i will have to travel to stoneleigh instead of newark! ETO
I've only ever been to little dog shows and Chatsworth Game fair.. I was going to the CLA earlier this year but they cancelled it. It's just a day out for me and the dogs
RED BEARD
i don't bother with chatsworth anymore, about 20 years ago or more it was a good do.i was going to go to the cla as it was on the doorstep instead of the midland.

ETO
I've just asked my fella if he wants to go. He'll probably say no, because it's in Newark and he hates driving, maybe the concept of their being guns etc there will tempt him..

ETO
Are you taking the dogs if you go..... Tempted to run my oldest in the Scurry just for a bit of fun I am tempted as I've heard that they're using a dummy launcher. But I'm not sure either of my dogs would do as they were supposed to. The pup doesn't bring to hand yet and the boy has a ruptured ear drum so is on rest, I'm not even sure if he'll be coming. But we'll see on the day.
