Devil_bri
I am looking for someone who can re-thread a muzzle brake for me It's one of the m4 bird cage type and I want to fit it to my ruger 10/22 I don't know what the thread is on it but there are lots of them Is it possible to get it re-threaded to 1/2 UNF to fit the 10/22 ? Can anyone on here do it or can you give me a point in the right direction to someone who can do it ? As its only a cheap brake, if it gets destroyed it doesn't matter Thanks

Blunderbuss
Excuse my ignorance, but why would you need a muzzle brake on a .22 rimfire?

casts_by_fly
why not just use a thread protector? Don't get me wrong- use what you like. But I'd think a thread protector would be a neater, cleaner join and less weight on the gun. thanks rick
