Cosd Posted October 21, 2012 Report Share Posted October 21, 2012 (edited) The best birds for the rotary are dead birds. I'd say stick to those if you can always keep a couple in the freezer. A close second in my opinion are the Hyperflaps. These work very well but two things you need to remember, for best results you need a speed controller to get the flapping right, and secondly if the wind is too strong then you just can't use these. Saying all that I always have mine in the truck because they also work well on the bouncer too if I don't have dead birds to start me off.
