Freelander 2.2 TD4

Has anyone had much experience with the Freelander 2.2 TD4 in terms of lamping with a .22 rimfire and how it performs off road in muddy fields etc. I'm thinking of splashing out on a 2008 Freelander 2.2 TD4. It will also be used on the long motorway trip from Kent to Cornwall to see my parents and I have shooting land in Cornwall. It would also need to carry all my guns and decoying equipment when I'm out on the pigeons .

It is a great car its the best of 5 landrovers that I have had, the terrain response will help you but just remember what tyres you have on as a lot have road tyres fitted.Long drives are a breeze.I can get all my shooting gear including the dog in the back hope this helps.

I have an 02 freelander. Never got stuff nice drive and fits a pram

Ps its for sale if anyones interested as need a bigger truck as twins on the way :-D and it won't cit 3 car seats across the back

On a 02 that would be a FL1 the op was asking about FL2,as for a pram I have never tried. The best way is to try if it fits before you buy.
