Harkila Pro Hunter GTX 10in Boots or Le Chameau Mouflan GTX KV Kevlar 10in??

I really can't decide everyone. I am a wildfowler but every Saturday go beating on a shoot which is wet wet wet!! I have my Hunter Balmorals but looking at getting some practical warm (and dry!) boots!

What do people think?

BTW I've never owned either brand name before and also price is not a problem, as they are both the same price. (that's whats making it difficult!!)

i have the le chameau kevlar ones and mine are less then a year old and have been worn about 30 times and have small tear on the tounge not leather though which i was suprised at as its a area that isnt exposed ,but under guarantee for 2 years so will be getting fixed after winter.other than that no other problems very warm and waterproof as well as offering excellent support and grip, the kevlar covering is first class and great if your beating through heather and brambles ect.

Le Chameau used to be good but now leak and drop to bits in no time flat. Had a few pairs that lasted years then the most recent two pairs were utter rubbish, soft leather that dried out and cracked or split, tore and stitching pulled, both pairs leaked virtually from new.

Harkila are the business now.

Good luck on the warranty with Chameau. When they knew I used mine for beating they refused to repair them. "professional use" apparently. I would be annoyed if I found a pair.
