......well it was to start with

i have a cz 452 varmint with a 21 inch barrel and wahlnut stock fitted with a sirocco sm11 moddy

this gun is way too long for the field and i would like to make a few changes to the gun its self and would like some help on the options that i should choose (tight budget)

i would like;

synthetic stock

16inch barrel

varmint barrel

to use my modderator

and not to have to go through the hassel of paperwork for a like for like swap on a gun

chopping the barrel is not preferable.

any advise is much appreciated

Easy, get the barrel chopped to 14" and screwcut which gives you a varmint profile and the ability to use a mod. You'll love the sweet handling and accuracy will be the same or better.

Swap the stock or just bite the bullet and buy a new synthetic one.

Much cheaper than a new gun and less hassle than the paperwork and you have a gun that you have made for your needs.

My CZ 511 with 14" chop and threaded for SAK moderator......the only thing it hasn't got is the plastic stock!

You have a tight budget, you don't want paperwork hastle and you don't want to chop the barrel? :hmm:

CZ don't do a synthetic Varmint stock to my knowledge, so aftermarket = loads of money!

Buying a new rifle will mean paperwork.

Why on earth don't you just chop the one you have?
