karl h
I bought a logun lamp dont bother! I now have have a deben mini pro and the atom both are top pieces of kit you can get all the accesories you could want very light weight and dont brake the bank either. Marc M
Another vote of confidence for the Tracer Mini, I still have one knocking around somewhere but my battery no longer holds a charge (easy enough to replace the battery though). Very lightweight, and with the dimmer switch VERY effective against bunnies with a sub 12Ft/lb air rifle, not too much light to scare them, but more than enough (and MUCH more than the pathetic Logun IMO) for effective use. You won't be disappointed, just make sure the battery still holds charge. M
Suffolk shooter
I bought the Tracer Atom Tatical where the battery goes on the stock and the dimmer on the side of your gun. Best bit of kit I've bought other than theHarris adjustable Bi-pod. The only thing I'd recommend is that you save up and buy another battery pack, that way you don't get your lamping trip cut short, by a drained battery. Dave-G
These will make you an AF size, side by side 12v 2500MAH pack for £30 . The 1200MAH standard pack costs £40 . The tactical light comes with a spare extension lead that you could cut in half for another power lead. Send it to them, advising that the positive wire goes to the female part of the plug. it weighs a tad more and is a tighter squeeze into the pouch - but it will last you a 5~6 hour hunt at over twice the brightness availability - though you'll rarely use it on full power http://espspecialbatteries.co.uk/index.htm You can buy the atom tactical without the battery pack for £100 here... (2nd item) so just do it now, and get a flip down filter at the same time http://www.opticswarehouse.com/acatalog/To...and_Lights.html
colinfx
I have a tracer and its great for airgun ranges. Not too overpowered either which can upset the bunnies.
dibbz2000
Wish id read this post before I bought the logun lamp lol. Its not that back tho for bunnies and rats! :look:
karl h
the logun lamp is ok for close range work i do use it ratting in barns but only found it good to about 30yrds. But then put a filter on it and decreases it by a lot.
