NickB65
As I kid I used to have lucky Rabbit feet, fox tails and the like and I was wondering how easy it is to preserve a Rabbit tail or Squirrel tail ? I now have the space and time and though I would have a go. :-)
Go Go Gadget
No preservin needed for squurrel or rabbit tails. Just cut them off and let them dry out
steve_b_wales
Buy yourself some of this. I've used it for years, and have done many fox, rabbit and squirrel tails, plus rabbit and fox pelts. It's easy to use, and lasts for ages. http://www.snowdoniasupplies.co.uk/cgi-bin/view_larger.pl?ref=CP0502

NickB65
Thanks for the replies...... when you dry them naturally do they keep their hair? Do you dry them in the house where it is warm and not damp?
kent
I dry out pheasant and duck wings through the shooting season and rabbit and hare skins for dog training. Keep them dry, stretch skins onto a board and tack them down fur down.
