There should be a fleur de lis symbol on the barrel under the forend or action from recollection. Wouldn't use more than half choke with it though. SPARKIE Posted January 14, 2013 Report Share Posted January 14, 2013 yep there steel proofed as long as you dont use more than half choke your fine......any more and the chokes are not steel proofed........it's on the side of the chokes which are proofed for steel.
