Nice work pal, I'm not a hunter more a clay killer, like the way you use all the animal for food as I'm a chef nothing goes to waste , by the way I'm sure you know ,the carcass boil it in water skim off the oils and fat and stuff off the surface and you'll have a nice meat stock for future uses , freeze the liquid as well in small portions if need be :D

thanks for that i have never boiled a deer carcass i have done many a birds game and poultry and often use the stock in a lot of cooking i will give it a go ta.

thanks a would not go as far as skills but after doing a few and reading/ watching deer preparation you tend to give things a go and they turn out pretty good. i try to get as much meat as of as possible and the mincer is a tool i would not be without
