Marc'y marc Posted February 27, 2013 Report Share Posted February 27, 2013 Can someone help I have mitsubishi shogun sport 51 plate 2.5td It drives ok till i get to 3000rev or a hill then i loss power. I was told that it is the booster solineoids but when i have changed these i have forgoten how the pipes went on. Can not seem to find on the web on how these should be. Cosd Posted February 27, 2013 Report Share Posted February 27, 2013 (edited) I'm going to hesitate a guess at the air mass flow meter! I don't know on a Shogan whether the car will run without it, some cars don't, but have a read on the net and if it can simply unplug the electrics to it and try driving. If it drives ok then you need to either clean or change it. I know the Disco can drive with it unplugged but the Merc wouldn't.
