Scottoj18
It looks like my cars got to go I was made redundant just before Christmas. Now if got a new job but the money is not as good yet. It will be, but got to work my way up. I got Volvo c 30 the payments are just to expensive to keep it , I get told its to new for a second hand dealer. The sorta money have to buy a new one won't be enough to buy from a main dealer. So private sale it is, do many people pay this much for private sales or any ideas what to do ? Apart from writing it off....
Rupert
People will pay this in a private sale, they may have personal borrowing, savings inheritance etc.
HDAV
Or they just get a loan if your car is on finance get a settlement figure from finance company it adds to the paperwork a little but nothing drastic.

Scottoj18
I got it June 2011, if I get really stuck we buy any car will pay £500 more than the amount left. I got a online valuation from parks not including extras .. £13700 private sale.. any other sites worth putting it on??
TaxiDriver
Put it on Autotrader and you will get all the 'agents' contacting you telling you they have buyers for your car, and they will introduce you for a fee, or sell for you for a commission. We buyanycar don't actually What about that well know auction site ? Sell for a fixed price and no final value fee.

Chr15j
how long you had it ? not long i presume at that price if its on finance and you can get the payments to 50% of term you can hand it back Depends on the finance deal. Don't forget 50% of total payable, not vehicle value so usually about 2/3 way through deal. Pm me if you need any help, this is my job as I run a finance brokerage
JustJon
I was looking for one of these, ex demo with 6k on the clock r design for £17k... It's a competitive market. We buy any car may be a less complicated solution?
MITCHF
Ebay, sold car's on there and bought, get someone who knows what they're doing. You can list it as a Classified advert, doesn't have to be an auction, cheaper than Autotrader and seen by more , good luck.
