Cosd
No not really, every ten years you must update the picture on the license to make it valid, at 70 you must reply to a note to keep your license, same thing next every, 10 years you need to update the picture.Only at 90 after updating photo you will need to do in 3 years to keep the license valid with a new photo, In May when I renew my fathers at age 93 I can update you how long it will be till next photo renew stage, and no he does not have a diabled badge. Thanks for that. Doesn't answer my question fully though because Terry's 94.....!

Diceman
Wonder if we could build one out of parts cheaper than buying it? We were having the same conversation yesterday about Range Rovers after we found out the cost price (in bits) to Jaguar Land Rover of a £120K top of the range Vogue...any guesses? Not a clue, but I will guess at £25,000 should have gone to specsavers............. glad you got it sorted Terry :good: I am not staying over on Saturday or going to the Charity shoot, otherwise We could have come to an arrangement on renting out the rear load space as a place to Sleep. See you on Saturday
Diceman
Not a clue, but I will guess at £25,000 Not far off..less than £19K apparently. To be fair to them they have to design it, then tool up, build a production line, market it etc etc..still it makes you wonder even at retail prices how much you could build one for at trade prices. One day when I'm very bored I might have a go at costing one up. In the meantime, I was following a very smart new pickup in Northampton earlier this week and trying to work out what it was...passed it on a roundabout and realised it was the first Steed i have seen on the road. Looked very nice. Please keep us updated because if they look that good and are as cheap to run as you say, I reckon I might even be tempted myself. WGD
Mate of mine had a new RR on order from the middle of last year, when he test drove the new once he cancelled the order. Reckoned it wasn't worth the money, and he's got plenty!
