smokeyoakey
Hi all The question is which one to buy Iv'e decided to push the boat out and purchase a Pulsa but which one. Do i buy the 750 and put it on my 243 or stick it on my 17hmr. The thing is iv'e not long brought a Sightron 8x32x56 which is awesome both under the lamp and long range target shooting which i'm starting to really enjoy. My shooting buddy has got an Longbow Archer, an N750, a Sightron 10x50x60 + a thermal imageing monocular on the way so iv'e got lots of options when were out but as i'm sitting out alot more now i thought shall i get the DA 75 and swap it about or shall i get the 750 and put it on my 17 and have a bit more shooting sitting out on the bunnies and hope charlie comes in a bit closer. Thanks in advance for any feedback cheers Smokey
V8 90
My advice is join here - http://####.com/index.php & read about the problems they're having with the DFA75 before you commit. I use an N750 on an Hmr & find it excellent - you say your buddy has 1 so you'll already know how good they are ! Does he have a Dr Bobs doubler fitted & use an NM800IR ? This combo transforms the N750 beyond belief !! Perhaps Tikkashot will add a comment on how good mine is ...................... HTH
Sauer
i dont own either but... form other forums including one mentioned above it appears that inorder for you to use the DFA properly and access all the menus on the screen then you need a scope with magnification that would go as low as 3x mag....people with 6x magetc are having problems viewing the full screen menus etc then im reading others having problems with the poor instructions etc ...ive heard pular will be releasing a youtube video soon showing how to set up basically if yer scope doesnt go down to 3x mag then youll struggle paul

HTH Cheers for that V8 90 My mate has only just got his 750 so not really had a chance to have a good look at it yet, my other mate is still waiting for his DFA so i was waiting to compare before splashing out. Ye your right i popped round earlier to have a look at the N750, he's got a dr bob and a nm800ir on his Sako Quad hmr at the mo and now he's had a play with the contrast / brightness modes he says its absolutely awesome. Many thanks for your feedback Smokey .

Elmer Fudd 1
is the da75 front or rear mounted? only reason i say is because the dr bob doubler on my 550 goes on the front of the scope if you knock it the you can lose zero i would imagine that if the da75is front mounted then your going to have to rezero each time you change from night to day Edited March 27, 2013 by Elmer Fudd
