lakeside1000
Went out at 10 this morning to get a few pigeons but the crows would not leave me alone, they just kept floating in over the pigeon decoys so I had to let them have it, had 8 by lunchtime but not one pigeon, , fed up so moved to another spot where the flight line was almost overhead, just put out 6 decoys and sat in the hedge, got 4 more crows and 4 pigeons, just enough for tea, but it seemed like a long day, finished at 3 , 12 crows and 4 pigeons with a couple more I couldnt retrieve as the neighbour dosn't like me on his land. eccles
Well done nice shooting. It does not matter if it pigeons or crows as long as you have a good bit of sport. ATB Terry
superspark
Yer I know what you meen. If it falls on their land then it becomes their propery and if they dont like you then theres no chance of getting it back. I do love pigeon for tea but hay, if rooks etc fly over you still have some good sport on those too, never pass it up and you never know what will fly over next.
