ace_of_hearts
Just a bit of help needed whilst filling in my FAC application, under the heading 'where do I intend to shoot' The problem is the land i need to shoot on is spread over numerous fields in 4 different villages, but all owned by the same farmer. How do i write this in that tiny box? Should i just say: 'Numerous fields owned by *Mr Farmer* phone number * * * * * * *' ? Any help appreciated
linny
yes you can put it in a note with the details down if the land is on different farms but owned by the same farmer

Steveg01
I had the same problem.....I spoke to the FLO and they said put the name and address of the farmer and then include a copy of the map indicating which land you will be shooting on, I also included my written permission aswell. ace_of_hearts
One more thing, do i need to write anything extra for expanding ammunition, or will that just come under my calibre and how many i can hold?
Luckyshot
One more thing, do i need to write anything extra for expanding ammunition, or will that just come under my calibre and how many i can hold? They should give you it without asking as you will have stated vermin control for your good reason, but it wont hurt to put it down next to your buy/hold allowance. Axeman1984
I've just been through the same process and similar problem, I had my visit from the FAO on Thursday, I just put the farmers name and number, I didn't put anything in regards to ammo other than the amount, I went with hold 250 buy 200... The whole process has been pretty full on I've found, he also said they will be contacting my doctor so I had to give him a toot and tell him there's a good chance they would be in touch and to tell them what ever they wanted to know, not that there's anything to tell them other than a couple of ear infections and a few stitches to a hand wound a few years ago, I also while he was on the phone outright asked him if he had any problems with me applying for a firearms cert which he said he did not, so just gotta sit back and wait for the powers that be to make a decision now... Axeman1984
I must admit I don't really know mine either and the phone call was a bit awkward, but when my FAO said they would contact my surgery it made me a bit paranoid so just for my own peace of mind I gave him a toot..
