BSA-airgunner
So after a few weeks of pigeon control it has become apparent that the rabbits are doing there best to eat a field of freshly sprouting barley so with air rifle in hand I tryed but struggled to get close as no cover....and knowing the ground if cleared for FAC I had a word with the farm.. I made them aware of the rabbits and the damage to be told clear them buy any means including FAC . So I had a word with a fella on here who was more the happy to come and view the ground and to bring his 22lr and 17 hmr on open ticket..so safety done including loading and making safe the moment was here .... 50 to 60 yards am I happy ooooooooh YES... michaelswampy. Your a star many many thanks And the story doesn't Finnish there?? Edited May 3, 2013 by BSA-airgunner

BSA-airgunner
well yes one down, was that all? Nope Michael took me to one of his permissions and allowed me to shoot the 17hmr whilst he drove and ran the lamp the night ended with 10 rabbits for 11 shots....so a good average and a happy land owner...the farthest shot estimated at the 100yrd mark..
