RED BEARD
well if your thinking of scraping them give me a pm and if theres enough good parts to break them i might be interested in them.i took a load of mixed scrap in the other week and it was only making £150 a ton,i don't know if they reduce the paying weight with vehicles because of all the non metal (plastic and cloth) interior parts. Dr_evil
If you were scrapping and close by I'd probably take a disco or two for the right price

four-wheel-drive
I would have thought that most cars are not really scrapped they tend to be broken for parts and what cannot be sold on goes in to the crusher so I would have thought it would be still around the £200 mark for something that has usable parts in it. RED BEARD
Fill the fuel tank with sand and soak the interior just before taking it in.
NIGHT SEARCHER
Most 4 x 4s are doing £200 at scrap yards around Manchester.
