FOXHUNTER1
I was out this morning at 4am for a mooch around one of my spots that I haven't been to for a couple of months to look for signs of life... Liked this ... I saw a roe doe in the 1st field followed by another a couple of fields further ahead. Then I found some serious fraying and territory marking from a buck every 20 or so yards down a hedgerow which was very fresh ....in fact I thought I would bump in to him but no such luck..... I have made an appointment with this buck .....watch this space!! I then cornered a hedgerow to see a vixen enter an old badger sett ...... on inspection cubs are in residence so they will be to sort out once the fields are cut. I then reached the far end of the shoot to spy another doe and a buck .......no shots this morning but nice to be out on such a glorious morning.......I hope it continues this week as I will be out for that buck
