the bit you push with a cart, is what the spring sits behind, thus if you have the spring out, and the follower still won't push back, it must be gummed up, try some spray as advised, it needs to be pushed evenly and not lopsided

and whats the crimp,

the crimp is just a dent in the tube, so that only 2 carts can be inserted, removing the dent would although you to load more carts in, making it a sec 1 shotgun, and illegal if your not certificated for that

Is the folower stuck around where the cartridges load in the mag, if so try unscrewing the mag tube, it should be locked glued in but may not be, and if its started to come lose it could have backed out enough to let the lip of the folower drop between the base of the tube and the reciever and untill its fed back into the tube and then the tube retightened it will jam / keep jaming.

If you cant get it moving you are in the proverbial i am affraid to say.

With the mag tube being crimped or slieved to restrict the capacity about the only thing you will struggle to change is this follower, You have to try to turn or free the follower, but be gentle. If it wont move its got to come out past the crimp by pressing it out or unscrewing the mag tube from the reciever no other way, you could try a black and decker heat gun to try and break the gule bond on the threads of the tube you may get lucky, flattening out the crimp again is difficult, you may have to get it to an RFD or gunshop get a little brutal with it and get the tube off the reciever replace the tube and reproof it. Edgars is your best bet to get this solved if you cant get it to move, they restrict them and they will know what to do Give them a ring is my advice.
