30-6
Went out about a fortnight ago and took 4 rabbits from the same field. I left them where they fell to pick up later, the last 3 I found straight away, but the first I had to look for. Does anyone use markers to locate shot rabbits? I was thinking of cutting the jackets like they wear on building sites etc., taping some strips to small sticks so when I have finished a particular field I can see them with the lamp. Bradders
I dont know if you can get it here but I got 1" high vis vinyl tape on a reel when I was in the US. Got it in Walmart of all places.......I think they call it marker tape......
luckytrigger
Theres usually plenty of fencing on my shoots so i just 'hock' the bunnies and hang em up until ive finished. Used to use chem sticks to mark where i had left shot bunnies until i ran out of them

30-6
I'm talking about on foot, with a small bag over the shoulder for the 7amp battery for a scope mounted light, carrying and shooting a FAC s410.
